Cool, moist weather will dominate the start of the week across the Greater Pasadena Area and San Gabriel Valley, but a dramatic shift toward warm, dry conditions is on the horizon.

Monday night brings a 30% chance of light rain, with lows near 51°F and occasional gusts up to 15 mph. Rainfall totals are expected to stay under a tenth of an inch.
A slight 20% chance of showers lingers into Tuesday, though skies will turn partly sunny as temperatures reach 65°F. By Tuesday night, conditions calm under partly cloudy skies with lows again around 51°F.
Beginning Wednesday, the region enters a steady warming trend. Sunshine returns with a high near 76°F, followed by mostly clear skies overnight.
From there, temperatures climb rapidly:
- Thursday: Sunny, high near 83°F
- Friday: Sunny, high near 85°F
- Saturday: Sunny, high near 87°F
- Sunday: Sunny, high near 90°F
Overnight lows will gradually rise from the mid-50s to the low 60s as the warmup continues.
After a breezy, damp start, residents can expect a return to bright, dry, and increasingly hot conditions heading into the weekend.
