Enjoy communing with friendly, gentle goats while engaging in a fun, light-hearted yoga session taught by certified instructor Tina Lenert on the rear lawn of The Gamble House.

      By News Desk

Connect with your “inner kid” while moving through yoga postures suitable for all levels; from first timers who ”just came for the goats” to experienced yogis looking to challenge their practice. Hello Critter’s Nigerian Dwarf kids are known for opening hearts, widening smiles, deepening stretches, and strengthening cores while weaving throughout class, interacting with each participant.

Attendees will be delighted by the antics of joyful goats nimbly jumping on, rebounding off, trotting under, and crawling through the playground of participants. Bring your love for animals, love of architecture, camera, and sense of humor.

There will be two sessions, one at 9:00 am and another at 10:15 am. Each session lasts 1 hour, with 15 minutes of petting and pictures before and after class, and a 30-minute goat yoga class. The event will happen rain or shine. Bring a yoga mat/full-sized towel. For participants who prefer not to have their yoga mats “autographed” by goats, used-sanitized yoga mats may be rented for $5 each.
