For those interested in learning more about the Arroyo Seco Water Reuse Project, ActiveSGV is offering an opportunity to see the project firsthand during a free walking tour this Sunday, June 14.

The two-hour tour begins at 9:00 am at Arroyo Park, located at 614 Stoney Drive in South Pasadena.
Participants will explore the water infrastructure that serves Pasadena and South Pasadena while walking through the actual project sites. Guides will explain how the two cities are working to capture stormwater runoff before it reaches the Arroyo Seco channel and provide an up-close look at the efforts underway.
The route covers approximately one mile and includes a mix of terrain, including unpaved paths and dirt trails. Organizers recommend that attendees wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a water bottle. Sun protection, such as a hat, sunscreen, or both, is also encouraged.
While not required, an online RSVP is appreciated to help organizers estimate attendance.
The event offers residents a chance to combine a morning walk with a closer look at local water management and infrastructure projects.
