The City of Alhambra is bringing back its annual Concerts and Movies in the Park series, offering residents and visitors free evenings of music, movies, and community memories throughout July and August.

The summer event series will take place at Alhambra Park, located at 500 N. Palm Ave., with live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. The events are designed to provide a fun way for families, friends, and community members to enjoy summer evenings together.
“We are thrilled to bring back a community favorite tradition with an incredible line up of music and movies,” said Mayor Jeff Maloney. “This series offers such a great way to celebrate the summer with friends, family, and the City. We can’t wait to spend it with everyone.”
Friday nights will feature live musical performances representing a variety of genres. Each concert will begin at 7:00 p.m. The schedule includes:
- July 10 — The C Band (Latin)
- July 17 — 80s vs 90s
- July 24 — Franklin Wall (Country & Rock)
- July 31 — DCOM (Disney Channel Hits)
- August 7 — Mestizo LA (Latin)
Saturday evenings will include pre-show entertainment beginning at 7:00 p.m., followed by a family-friendly movie at dusk. The movie schedule includes:
- July 11 — Zootopia 2
- Pre-show: Animal Show
- July 18 — Lilo & Stitch
- Pre-show: Kids Concert
- July 25 — Nightmare Before Christmas
- Pre-show: Character Appearance
- August 1 — Mulan
- Pre-show: Magic Show
- August 8 — Super Mario Galaxy
- Pre-show: Character Appearance
All events will be held at the Bandshell in Alhambra Park, 500 N. Palm Ave., Alhambra, CA 91801. Admission is free, and everyone is welcome to attend.
