Congestion in Southern California is not good for anyone, least of all children who need a place to unwind and encounter nature.

Nature is all around us, but getting out and enjoying it sometimes can feel overwhelming. For the fifth year, the United States Department of the Interior has made the process of encountering nature a little easier by offering Every Kid Outdoors pass for the 2019-2020 school year.
The passes are available to fourth graders, but they also can be used by their families for free admission to all national parks and all federally managed lands.
Going is as easy as printing a pass and taking it with you to the wonderful attractions we have in California and beyond. There are rules (for example, the pass must be printed out and transfers are not permitted), so check out this site and have fun exploring the outdoors.
