The City of Pasadena has put together a list of resources for residents and people affected by the Eaton Fire.

Resources for Relocation
- Transportation
– Uber: Residents in Los Angeles County who’ve been ordered to vacate their homes can get a credit from Uber to get to an evacuation site. The $40 will only be valid for trips to an active shelter and by using the code WILDFIRE25.
– Lyft: Will be offering $25 vouchers ($50 total), valid for two trips, to 2,000 customers from now until midnight on Jan. 15. Use the code CAFIRERELIEF25 to get the promotion. Help for Those Impacted by Wildfire in California.
- Housing
– Airbnb: 211 LA is partnering with Airbnb to offer free temporary housing for people displaced from their homes due to wildfires. Visit CS Care.
– Queen Mary: The Queen Mary hotel in Long Beach announced that it will be pricing rooms for fire evacuees at $189. The reservation will include a voucher for a breakfast buffet for two people. The reservation will also waive pet and Historical Preservation fees.
– Big Bear: The popular retreat spot has also offered evacuees a peaceful place to turn to for rest and regathering. A collection of vacation homes and hotels have been created specifically for the needs of fire evacuees. LA County Fire Evacuee Lodging | Big Bear Lake, CA.

The YMCA is offering free child care for children of first responders, essential workers and families who have been displaced, evacuated or who have otherwise experienced loss. Limited spaces are available. To find your nearest Y, visit ymcala.org/locations.

Utilities
- AT&T: The telecommunications company announced it is offering wildfire areas unlimited data, talk and text through Feb. 6. Visit their official site for a list of valid zip codes.
- Verizon: Verizon announced it will waive call, text and data charges for customers in hardest hit areas. The company also deployed free Wi-Fi and charging stations at three wildfire shelters.
- Spectrum: Spectrum has opened more than 35,000 out-of-home WiFi access points to be available to all users at no cost. Read more info.

- Planet Fitness: The fitness chain is offering evacuees and first responders’ free access to their facilities, including showers, locker rooms, and Wi-Fi. (Offer is valid until Jan. 15). Nearest Planet Fitness.

- Food Assistance
– Los Angeles Regional Food Bank: The organization working with its network of more than 600 partner agencies to assess needs during the SoCal wildfire emergency. If you need food assistance in Los Angeles County, visit https://www.lafoodbank.org/find-food/pantry-locator/ for the nearest location.
– Blaze Pizza: The Glendale Galleria site will give away 11-inch pizzas for free, with options ranging from four cheese, pepperoni, Red Vine and Herbivore. Blaze is at 3210 Glendale Galleria, in Glendale.
– Tatsu Ramen:The restaurant will provide free takeout orders of plant-based Hippie Bowl to first responders and evacuees. Located at 319-9 S Arroyo Pkwy, Pasadena. Hours offered noon to 3:00 pm.
– Yeastie Boys: Bagel Truck is offering free bagels to evacuees and first responders outside of Pasadena Convention Center. Located at Pasadena Convention Center, 300 E Green St., Pasadena.
– World Central Kitchen: Truck offering free meals to evacuees and first responders outside of Pasadena Convention Center. Located at Pasadena Convention Center, 300 E Green St., Pasadena.
– Shake Shack: All Shake Shack locations will have a free Shackburger for first responders through Jan. 12. Located at 750 S. Arroyo Parkway, Pasadena.
– Julienne: The San Marino marketplace and restaurant, offers “Free Hugs!!,” as well as a place to find food, community, and comfort. Located at 2649 Mission St, San Marino.
– Mountain Mike’s Pizza: 3425 E Colorado Blvd, Unit 101: Free meals for first responders (in uniform) as a token of appreciation for their heroic efforts and a safe haven for locals, providing a welcoming space to sit and charge devices. - Phone Charging & Wi-Fi
– Arcadia Community Center: Located at 375 Campus Dr., Arcadia.
– Octavia’s Bookshelf: The bookstore offers free wi-fi if needed, as well as a place to charge your phone. Located at 1353 N Hill Ave, Pasadena. - Mental Health
