A mysterious musician playing his recorder while driving on Pasadena Streets is taking Social Media by storm.

Many videos on YouTube and Reddit have sprung up showing a white haired man playing his flute while waiting at red lights on the streets of Pasadena.
The mysterious musician is even shown in one YouTube video playing his music on Colorado Boulevard and not paying attention to a Pasadena police cruiser next to him. In another video, he’s seen waving at other motorists and unsuspecting pedestrians who happen to catch a glimpse of him playing his recorder inside his car.
Many tried to guess his identity or his motives. One Redditer even claimed the musician is his dad, but that claim was not verified.
The Pasadena piper was spotted in different cars, so you’ll never know when he will stop by you while you’re walking (or driving) in the city.
One driver posted two videos on Instagram of the white haired musician, with a quote:
Who says you can’t see a unicorn twice?

Blowing their Thing
I know of people who play with their thing
but in my case only listening is my thing.
Sadly, my ear hasn’t been born with such
self indulgence and I am glad to see a flutist
do their thing on Pasadena streets.
