The Sierra Madre Fire Department will host a Fire Prevention Festival on October 12 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

The Fire Prevention Festival, hosted annually by the Sierra Madre Fire Department, promotes fire safety and community preparedness.

Enjoy games, win free prizes, and grab some free hot dogs, cold drinks, balloons, coloring books, and SMFD swag. You can also practice putting out a stove fire, learn how to use a fire blanket, and meet the goats that help reduce flammable material on our hillsides.
