FairviewCon is a superhero and comic book themed block party taking place on Thursday, August 1, 2019, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the San Gabriel Village!
Nestled between North Circle and South Circle Drive, the event will include costume contests for kids and adults, music, children’s activities, and convention style exhibits and vendors including comic book writers, illustrators and artists.Organizers are encouraging attendees to dress up in costumes,
Local businesses such as Nomads Ice Pops and Nostalgic Books and Comics will be on hand, and food options will include Hot Dog on a Stick, Spitz, El Pavo Taco Cart, Ridges Churro Bar, margaritas served by the San Gabriel Chamber of Commerce, and beer from San Gabriel based brewery, Ogopogo Brewing.
