      Confused about where to start with the historic Rose Parade? We’ve got you covered.

      For millions of people around the world, the Rose Parade is an iconic New Year’s Day tradition. This year’s theme is “Celebrating a World of Music” and begins at 8:00 am on January 1, 2024.

      On Thursday, Jan. 19, 2023, Alex Aghajanian was installed as President and Chairman of the Board for the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association. Later in the year, the Tournament of Roses® announced the seven members of the 2024 Royal Court with Naomi Stillitano named Rose Queen. A Royal Catnip Court was also announced this year led by Kitty Queen Eleven.

      Rose Bowl Game

      Following the Rose Parade, the Michigan Wolverines will play against the Alabama Crimson Tide at the 2024 Rose Bowl Game. Read about seven things fans need to know about this year’s Rose Bowl Game. Before the game, ESPN broadcaster Kirk Herbstreit, former Washington offensive lineman Lincoln Kennedy, and legendary Columbia quarterback Cliff Montgomery will be inducted into the Rose Bowl Hall of Fame as the Class of 2023.

      After the Parade

      Once the parade is over, traffic will be quite heavy so consider checking out a few of these places. You will also be given the opportunity to walk within a few feet of the floats and appreciate up close, the creativity and detail of each magnificent display at Floatfest: A Rose Parade Showcase following the parade.
