Join us as we explore the lower Arroyo.

This is a 3.8-mile nature walk nestled in the San Rafael neighborhood. We will walk past La Casita del Arroyo, Pasadena Roving Archers’ “oldest archery range in the world,” (established in 1935) San Pasqual horse stables, and the Pasadena Casting Club’s pond. We’ll end at the newly built, beautifully designed Desiderio Park. We will hopefully see many birds and animals throughout our time in the arroyo.

This is strictly a nature walk. The ground in the arroyo is uneven so please wear appropriate footwear.

Please note that this walk is not accessible to those with disabilities due to the terrain of the Arroyo.

We also recommend sunblock, a hat, and a water bottle.

Please register/RSVP for meeting location details. Register here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/lower-arroyo-nature-walk-tickets-416958212237

This event is part of Pasadena Walktober 2022, made possible by the City of Pasadena Department of Transportation.
