      Third@First concerts take place at First United Methodist Church in Pasadena.

      Free concerts on the third Saturday of each month.

      • January 17, 2026: Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration
        Third@First’s support for local music students continues with the California School of the Arts-San Gabriel Valley’s vocal and instrumental ensembles celebrating MLK Day with Gospel music and works by Black composers.
      • February 21, 2026: The Belrose Duo Plays Romantic Favorites
        David Garrett (cello) and Junko Ueno Garrett (piano) offer the beloved Rachmaninov Sonata and favorite encore pieces.
      • Mar 21, 2026: St. Patrick’s Day Concert
        Hit Celtic band Sligo Rags returns for another joyful concert of Irish music.
      • Apr 18, 2026 : Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles
        One of LA’s favorite choral groups returns to Third@First.
      • May 16, 2026 : Hers: Music Ensemble
        A newly formed group dedicated to the empowerment and uplifting of female identifying musical artists. This concert, featuring award-winning vocalists Karen Hogle Brown and Tamara Bevard and pianist Jennie Jung, will present vocal selections by celebrated LA female composers including Reena Esmail, Zanaida Robles, Dale Trumbore and many more.
      • Jun 20, 2026: Christoph Bull, Organ
        World-renowned organist Christoph Bull will play an eclectic program ranging from the classics to new works to the cinematic. Performance painter Norton Wisdom, will interpret the music through painting in real time.

      > All Third@First concerts are free, however a freewill offering will be taken to cover costs. Check schedule here.
