Any parent or caretaker of a child ages 1-10 years old is on the constant lookout for outlets to their limitless energy. South Pasadena Public Library offers a way for the kids to get out their wiggles.

My Gym at the Library! offers a high-energy My Gym Pasadena class in the South Pasadena Library Community Room (1115 El Centro St) on Friday, July 24, from 10:30 am – 11:00 am. Kids ages 1–10 years old will enjoy singing, dancing, and a reading of A Magical My Gym Day, all designed to spark imagination and build confidence. Each child must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is not required.

The event is free and a great way to introduce kids to rhythm and song.
