Join us for an in-person letter-writing party.

The event will be held at Cordova Park Villas, which is located directly across the street from the Sheraton Hotel in Pasadena.

We’ll provide the letters, snacks and beverages! Just bring 20 envelopes, 20 1st-class stamps, a blue pen, color markers (if you have them) and Wite-Out.

      Parking

Parking is onsite with a guest garage located next to the front entrance. Look for volunteers in front of the building to help you access parking. The event meets ADA standards. There’s a ramp into the front lobby and an elevator close to the LWP’s meeting room. If you park in the guest garage, you’ll enter on the same level as the meeting room for this event.

      Masks and vaccination

We’ll follow the City of Pasadena COVID rules, so although masks aren’t required, attendees may wish to mask. No vaccination information required.
