Shop Sage Vegan Bistro’s Sow-a-Heart Farmers Market for fresh local produce in the courtyard!

Did you know you can get Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Boxes at the pop-up market? Directly from Sage’s Sister Farm: Sow-a-Heart. CSA boxes are packed each week at their organic, regenerative farm in Ventura County. Each CSA Box contains pesticide-free produce from Sow-a-Heart Farm and Ayala Farms. Boxes are filled with the produce that is currently in season and ready for harvest on these farms and items will fluctuate as harvests change, and contents can differ from box to box.

This farm was built with love by husband and wife Chefs Mollie Engelhart and Elias Sosa of Sage Plant Bistro and Brewery. Along with their five children, dozen of beloved pets, and extended family members and friends, everything they do is a labor of love.

“We came to this farm not only to have our home here but to build community, and to grow food for our restaurants and extended Southern California friends, family, and food lovers. We practice regenerative agriculture and cultivate new ways of thinking about our food. We invite you to join us here for events, tours, and volunteer days.” – Chef Mollie
