David M. Reyes, General Manager of Water and Power, and the department (“PWP”) invite community members to attend a public meeting regarding the Raymond Avenue Utility Undergrounding Project at the Jackie Robinson Community Center, Room 200, 1020 N. Fair Oaks Avenue.

The project will convert overhead electrical utility lines to underground infrastructure on Raymond Avenue between Maple Street and the northern City boundary. Construction is expected to begin in February 2026. For a map of the affected area, see official announcement at cityofpasadena.net.

During the meeting, PWP staff will provide an overview of the project and answer questions from attendees. Spanish-speaking staff will be available for questions during the meeting. For community members who cannot attend in person, a virtual option is available via Zoom at this link.

A recording of the meeting will be posted to the PWP website, which has additional project information, details about the in-person meeting, and the link to the Zoom option.

For accessibility information or to request an accommodation, please contact (626) 744-7311 or CSC@CityOfPasadena.net. Providing at least 72 hours advance notice will help ensure availability.
