Pasadena’s Rent Stabilization Department (RSD) is inviting the community to its Holiday Open House on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm at the Los Robles Building, located at 199 S. Los Robles Ave., Suite 350. This free event is open to residents, property owners, and community members alike.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the RSD team and learn more about the department’s year-round services, including rental registry support, tenant and landlord resources, hearings, compliance information, and more. Guests can also enjoy festive refreshments, sweet treats, and holiday music, all while mingling with staff and fellow community members in a welcoming, holiday-filled atmosphere.
The Holiday Open House is a perfect opportunity to connect with the RSD staff and learn more about important housing resources in the city, all while celebrating the season in good company.
Parking Information
Street parking is available on Euclid Avenue and Cordova Avenue from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Paid parking is also available at the Los Robles Building parking garage.
