Join Pasadena firefighters and the community for a lap around the Bowl to kick-off Firefighters Go Pink month when personnel will wear t-shirts to raise awareness of breast cancer and cancer research.

Pasadena firefighters respond to over 14,000 medical incidents last year and often provide services to members of the community with cancer. Taking part in this effort gives the Department an opportunity to help promote awareness, share techniques to detect and fight breast cancer as well as support a cause that has affected every member of our department, and many more in our city.

Shirts will also be sold to the public and 100% of money raised will be donated to the Huntington Hospital Breast Cancer Center, which provides supportive groups and treatment from diagnosis to recovery.

      • October 14th: 9:00 am – Pasadena Goes Pink- walk for breast cancer awareness (under the Rose Bowl Pasadena sign).
      • Oct. 19th: 9:00 am -1: 00 pm – Fill the Pink Boot (Foothill Blvd @ Rosemead & Lake @ Cordov ),
      • Oct. 25th: 11:00 am-10pm – CPK Pasadena  (lunch & dinner service).
