The City of Pasadena is inviting residents to help shape the future of a 2.38-acre property located at 434-470 North Lake Avenue, a site formerly owned by Kaiser Permanente and used for outpatient and administrative services.
As the City explores potential development opportunities for this space, officials are seeking community involvement in the planning process.
A community meeting on Thursday, March 27, will provide residents with an opportunity to learn about the potential development of the property and the North Lake Specific Plan, which outlines development standards aimed at preserving the area’s character. City officials will present the plans and invite attendees to share their feedback and ideas on what they envision for the site.
The meeting will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Lake Avenue Church. Attendees will have the chance to engage in discussions with City representatives and provide input to help guide the development in a direction that reflects the community’s needs and desires.
Parking is available in the church lot, and signage with balloons will guide attendees to the Rose Room on the second floor of the Family Life Center. The City of Pasadena is committed to creating a vibrant and sustainable future for this area, and community feedback will play a crucial role in ensuring the development aligns with local aspirations.
