The Pasadena Bead & Design Show returns to the Pasadena Convention Center July 31–August 2, welcoming the public to a vibrant marketplace of beads, gemstones, artisan jewelry, textiles, artwear, findings, handcrafted works, and creative materials.

Held in Pasadena since 2008, the biannual show brings together over 300 exhibitors including studio artists, tradespeople, artisans, and creative suppliers from across the country.

A Marketplace for Designers, Collectors & Makers

The Pasadena Bead & Design Show is a cornerstone West Coast event for artists, designers, collectors, and creative businesses seeking distinctive materials, artisan craftsmanship, and creative inspiration. Attendees will discover an expansive selection of handcrafted jewelry, hand-cut gemstones, lampwork glass beads, wearable art, painted silks, eco-dyed textiles, mixed-media works, artisan clothing, pearls, natural fibers, hill tribe silver, tools, specialty supplies, and unique materials for creative projects.

      Expanded Marketplace Offerings

In addition to its long-standing focus on beads, jewelry, gemstones, and artisan materials, the show will feature select vintage and antique exhibits offering jewelry, textiles, collectibles, and other unique finds. These exhibits add another layer of discovery to an already diverse creative marketplace.

Artisan Craft, Design & Creative Community

Exhibitors represent a broad range of artisan work—from traditional beadwork and lapidary arts to handcrafted jewelry, textiles, mixed media, and contemporary craft. The show highlights quality materials, creative process, and the skill of makers working across both traditional and modern forms of design.

      Hands-On Workshops & Demonstrations

In addition to shopping, the show offers a selection of hands-on workshops and live demonstrations throughout the weekend. Attendees can participate in classes and creative experiences in jewelry design, wire techniques, metalwork, mixed media, clay, painting, and other artistic disciplines taught by experienced instructors. Workshops are open to all skill levels and provide an engaging environment for learning, experimentation, and creativity.

A Gathering Place for the Creative Community

Since its inception in 2008, the Pasadena Bead & Design Show has grown into a beloved gathering place for the creative community—where artists reconnect, new makers discover their craft, collectors uncover rare finds, and visitors experience the artistry and process behind creative work.

Guests are encouraged to connect with artists, artisans, and exhibitors, explore the stories behind the work, and discover a marketplace filled with creativity, craftsmanship, and inspiration. Whether shopping for distinctive pieces, sourcing materials, discovering new artists, or learning a new skill, the Pasadena Bead & Design Show offers an immersive and inspiring summer experience.
