The Presenters
Sarah Letts is the Executive Director of Hollywood Community Housing Corporation (HCHC) and has over 30 years of experience in the development and financing of affordable rental housing. Since joining HCHC in 2016, Ms. Letts has directed the organization towards significant growth and is implementing a strategic priority to increase the supply of affordable housing and permanent supportive housing (PSH) throughout Los Angeles County. HCHC has developed 32 properties, creating over 1,153 units of safe, attractive, and centrally located affordable housing.
Charles Loveman is the Executive Director of Heritage Housing Partners (HHP), a nonprofit affordable housing developer based in Pasadena, CA. HHP’s mission is to create affordable housing and promote neighborhood revitalization by providing homeownership opportunities to low-, moderate-, and workforce-income first-time homebuyers. To date, HHP has developed 251 units of affordable and market-rate homeownership housing, with another 291 units in its development pipeline.
