Who has the next big tech industry idea? Come to the Bill Gross Business Plan Competition and vote for your favorite new company-in-the-rough.
Hosted by Caltech’s Office of Technology Transfer and Corporate Partnerships (OTTCP) at the Chen Neuroscience Research Building in Pasadena, on Thursday, April 16, 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm, the third annual Bill Gross Business Plan Competition takes on the future.
“Think Shark Tank but make it Caltech!” is the battle cry.
Over 70 student submissions were narrowed down to the top 10 finalists, who have just five minutes to deliver an elevator pitch that will wow a discerning panel of industry judges. These ten student teams are competing head-to-head for prizes from a pool of $60K: first place will go home with $30K, second $20K, and third $10K!
Come cheer on the Caltech student teams, and cast your vote to crown this year’s Fan Favorite team.
