      Mt. Wilson Observatory

NASA’s Hubble Traveling Exhibit is at Mount Wilson Observatory all summer!

Great for all ages, visitors can explore this interactive exhibit and learn about the accomplishments of the Hubble Space Telescope — at the place where Edwin Hubble himself Discovered Our Place in the Universe.

Don’t miss this wonderful, limited-time exhibit in the Observatory Museum! The Museum, built in 1936, features historical photographs taken by the Mount Wilson telescopes as well as photographic histories of the Observatory and vignettes of current research programs. A 256-seat auditorium, used for special lecture and other programs, adjoins the exhibit area.

      > Available free, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.
