March’s Novel: The Fifth Season by NK Jemison
Author NK Jemison is a modern sci-fi phenomenon, often mentioned in the same breath as masters of the genre like Octavia Butler, Ursula K. Le Guin and Ray Bradbury. All three books of her Broken Earth trilogy won the top genre novel prize, the Hugo Award, in consecutive years, an incredible achievement. The Fifth Season is the first of that trilogy and this month’s featured book.
The group gathers on Saturday, March 22, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
