      Get in the Spirit with Halloween Happenings in Sierra Madre.

      The City of Sierra Madre will host its annual Halloween Happenings on Monday, October 31, 2022.

      • Downtown Trick-Or-Treating
        (3:00 – 5:00 pm)
        Look out for shops featuring “Halloween Candy” signs on their doors and windows.
      • Halloween Carnival at Memorial Park
        (3:00 – 8:00 pm):
        Featuring over 20 carnival game booths and photo fun for all guests.
      • Costume Contest Registration at Kersting Court
        (3:00 – 4:30 pm):
        Registration and waiver forms will be available at Kersting Court, and are required for all costume contestants.
      • Costume Parade through Sierra Madre Blvd.
        (5:00 pm):
        The Sierra Madre Fire Department will lead participants from Kersting Court, west along Sierra Madre Blvd. and arrive at Memorial Park.
      • Costume Contest at Memorial Park Bandshell
        (5:30 – 6:30 pm):
        The evening’s best dressed will gather at the Memorial Park Bandshell for judging and prizes.
        Registration required at Kersting Court.

      Prizes will be awarded to the top three age & group category winners:

      • Infant – 2 years
      • Ages 3-4
      • Ages 5-7
      • Ages 8-13
      • Group/Family (All Ages are welcomed and must include one Youth under 17 years).

      The event is hosted by the Community Services Department, with sponsors including Sierra Madre Community Foundation, Sierra Madre Civic Club, Kiwanis Club of Sierra Madre, Best Buy Drugs, Buccaneer Lounge, Butterfly Effect Spa Suites & Gifts, and Pasadena Ice Skating Center.
