      One Colorado invites you to soothing wellness activities on the third Sunday morning of each month from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in the second-level office space at 35 Hugus Alley, Suite 200.

      These events will help guests discover the perfect balance of energy, wellness and togetherness through restorative activities such as Pilates and yoga led by Equinox instructors or sound bath and breathwork sessions guided by Somer Skye Energy Works. Equinox classes will also feature complimentary five-minute chair massages, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

      Events will take place in the second‑level office space at 35 Hugus Alley, Suite 200. The easiest way to find the stairwell is by heading to Sushi Roku at 33 Miller Alley. The stairs are located directly across from Sushi Roku and just to the right of the IPIC marquee. Once you reach the balcony, enter through the second set of double doors on your left.

      June 21 | Vinayasa Yoga with Equinox Pasadena

      Participants can enjoy a timeless approach to yoga that links movement and breath through flowing, intentional sequences. This transformative practice encourages students to unlock their body’s potential, challenge their limits, and soothe the mind. Offered by Equinox, Pasadena’s luxury fitness club celebrating its 25th anniversary, the class welcomes all levels. Guests are encouraged to bring a mat and enjoy the experience. Plus, sign up for a complimentary 5-minute chair massage after class (first come, first served).

      July 19 | Sound Bath with Somer Skye Energy Works

      Somer Skye Energy Works is a heart‑centered couple offering breathwork and sound healing experiences in Pasadena. Each session begins with 15 minutes of guided breathwork to release stress and tension, followed by a restorative sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and the soulful resonance of live cello.

      August 16 | Mat Pilates with Equinox Pasadena

      Participants can strengthen their core, improve flexibility, and transform their bodies through this class inspired by the teachings of Joseph Pilates. The session is led by Ebony Perry, the lead Pilates instructor at Equinox, Pasadena’s luxury fitness club celebrating its 25th anniversary. All levels are welcome. Guests are encouraged to bring a mat and enjoy the experience. Plus, sign up for a complimentary 5-minute chair massage after class (first come, first served).

      September 20 | Sound Bath with Somer Skye Energy Works
