As part of the larger art exhibit at Forest Lawn Glendale, individual featured artists are giving short talks about their work and engaging with visitors in Q & A sessions on the second Sunday of the month.

Sunday, June 14: Painterly Expressions
Join Forest Lawn Museum for a monthly artist talk on the theme of Painterly Expressions featuring “Convergence: Contemporary Artists of Armenian Descent” artists Rouzanna Berberian, Kaloust Geudel, Gegam Kacherian, Hagop Najarian, Arshak Nazarian, and Gagik Vardanyan, with an introduction by Emily Wolfe and moderated by Kaloust Geudel.
Sunday, July 12: Looking Through the Lens
Artists Liana Grigoryan, Sossi Madzounian and Ara Mgrdichian will appear. Moderated by co-curator Kaloust Geudel and Dr. James Fishburne.
Sunday, August 9: Art, Politics and Identity
Artists Alina Mnatsakanian, Ara Oshagan, She Loves Collective, Alysse Stepanian, and Harry Vorperian will appear. Moderated by co-curator Kaloust Geudel and Dr. James Fishburne.
Forest Lawn Museum is located at 1712 S. Glendale Ave, Glendale, CA 91205. Enter the main gate and proceed up the hill. Follow signs to the museum, which is located at the top of the hill. Admission and parking are free.
