The City of Alhambra is planning a Fourth of July celebration at Almansor Park on July 4 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm as part of this year’s 250th Independence Day observance.

The event will take place at Almansor Park, 800 S. Almansor St., with gates opening at 4:00 pm.

Attendees can enjoy food, games, and live entertainment throughout the evening before the celebration concludes with a fireworks show at 9:00 pm. An event flyer is available on the city’s website.

City officials remind attendees that alcohol, smoking, barbecuing, personal fireworks, and weapons are prohibited at the event. All persons, strollers, wagons, ice chests, and bags will be subject to search upon entry.
