Arroyo Seco Water Reuse Project (Photo – City of Pasadena)
Most Pasadena-area residents are aware of the Arroyo Seco, a major feature of the local watershed, but few have had the opportunity to learn about it from the people whose job is to manage it. A tour on Friday, May 22nd at 8:30 am aims to help remedy that.
Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) is inviting the public to join them at the JPL Bridge on Explorer Rd, Altadena, CA 91001, for a two-hour tour. The group will explore the Arroyo Seco watershed, including water resource enhancements in the upper Arroyo. Participants must wear closed-toe shoes, and plan for an approximately two-mile walk on a dirt trail.

The tour will be meeting in the dirt lot off Explorer Rd near JPL, look out for the PWP canopy & signage for the exact starting location.
