Altadena’s Two Dragon Martial Arts Studio, formerly located at 2490 Lake Avenue, hosts a YouTube Web-a-thon and live event at their former studio site to fundraise for rebuilding with a sidewalk pop-up this Saturday, June 6, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Organizers plan on martial arts demonstrations, local vendor booths, and a YouTube livestream, which will be available to view at https://www.youtube.com/@twodragonsmartialarts.

They’ll be on the sidewalk alongside our neighbors, they say, “turning an empty lot into a celebration of everything Altadena is made of: strength, resilience, and community.”

Community performers, live martial arts demonstrations, local vendors and small businesses, food & refreshments, community resources and information, a live auction and giveaways, as well as family-friendly activities will all be on-hand.

Attendance is free, and you can register online here to help organizers anticipate numbers for event day details (not required).

Can’t make it in person? Watch and donate live on YouTube. Every dollar raised goes directly toward rebuilding TDMA and restoring a home for the students, families, and the next generation of Altadena leaders.
