Dear Ms. Ong,
I bought my husband a copy of Steve Lopez’s book for his birthday. It is an amazing book and we were both so exited when we saw the event listed in our local newspaper last Saturday. I have been calling and leaving messages and I was so disappointed when I finally got through this morning and learned that the event is already sold out! Is there any way we could be put on a waiting list? It would just be the two of us. If not, could we possibly find out ahead of time about his upcoming events?
