      Join the 626 Golden Streets: ArroyoFest Exploratory Ride where you’ll cruise through the beautiful Arroyo area, soak up the sun.

      The second and final ArroyoFest Exploratory Ride will traverse the Arroyo Seco Bikeway and include stops at the historical and cultural monuments along the event route, including the Lummis Home – El Alisal in northeast Los Angeles and a very famous play house in South Pasadena. This family-friendly ride is approximately 10 miles long and will start and finish at the South Pasadena A Line Station (formerly Metro “L” / Gold Line). The ride will conclude with a free raffle, and folks are encouraged to stick around South Pasadena and patronize the many local eateries and shops that Mission Street offers.

      E-bikes are welcome.
      Pre-registration is required for all participants. If you are attending with other family members, each person must be registered separately to attend. Register now to guarantee your spot!
      Earn free tickets for some super sustainable SWAG:
      -Arrive at the event by foot/bike/public transit (+1 ticket)
      -Wear 626-related attire (+1 ticket)
      -Dues-paying ASGV member (+1 ticket)

      • Start/Finish Location: South Pasadena A Line Station (Formerly Metro “L” / Gold Line)
        913 Meridian Ave, S Pasadena, CA 91030
        Route: Approx 10 miles, slightly downhill and then uphill (we’re riding along a riverbed!)

        Timeline:
      • 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM – Sign in to get those raffle tickets!
      • 9:30 AM – Roll Out from South Pasadena L Line station
      • 9:30 AM – 10:15 AM – Slow roll along the Arroyo Seco bike path
      • 10:15 AM – 10:45 AM – Visit Lummis Home
      • 10:45 AM – 11:30 AM – Slow roll back to South Pasadena
      • 11:30 AM – Surprise stop
      • 11:45 AM – Arrive back at South Pasadena A Line Station and Raffle!

      Parking: Plenty of parking on the street
      Experience Level: Beginner
      What to Bring:
      -A functional bicycle or wheeled device (highly recommended with gears)
      -A helmet is required if under 18
      -Water Bottle (with water)
      -Bike lock (If you plan to stay longer)
      -Additional cash/credit to purchase food
      -Bikes with training wheels are not permitted, but children are welcome to attend if pulled in a trailer or on-bike child seat.

      Note: All ride participants must sign a waiver to participate. A parent or legal guardian must sign for and accompany any minors under 18 participating in the ride.
