“Ecofeminism, Art, and Environmental Justice” at the ArtCenter

ArtCenter College of Design and The Brick will host the U.S. segment of LIVE ON EARTH!, a 24-hour global symposium exploring ecofeminism, art, and environmental justice.

The Los Angeles program features a keynote by scholar and activist Silvia Federici, panel discussions, video screenings, and a special rooftop gathering led by Mexico City-based colectivo amasijo, featuring a circular procession and communal meal.

Event highlights include:

• Keynote address: Silvia Federici (via Zoom), introduced by Ohan Breiding & Shoghig Halajian
• Panels and discussions: Artists, scholars, and activists on ecofeminism and creative resistance
• colectivo amasijo: A circular offering (12:00 – 2:00 pm) – performance, procession, and communal meal
• Film screenings and closing reception
