Altadena and Pasadena residents affected by the Eaton Fire are invited to an informational event on rebuilding with the Turnkey/Production building option. The session will take place Saturday, April 25, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the Pasadena Senior Center.
By News Desk
Presented by the Altadena Recovery and Rebuild Corporation (ARRC), the event will explain what makes turnkey and production building approaches unique. Attendees will learn what is included in the design and production process, explore the full rebuild timeline, and gain insight into key considerations.
The event is free, and reservations are encouraged. To register or learn more, visit pasadenaseniorcenter.org and click on Lectures & Classes, then Informational Lectures, or call (626) 795-4331.
Additional topics will include timelines, budgeting, and how to evaluate potential gaps between insurance coverage and total rebuild costs. These reliable, pre‑planned building options can help shorten timelines, simplify decision‑making, and reduce risk in ways that may improve long‑term insurability.
The Altadena Recovery and Rebuild Corporation is a community nonprofit dedicated to urgently reestablishing Altadena’s homes, businesses, commercial corridors, urban forest, and natural habitat. ARRC provides private‑sector guidance and resources to support the community’s recovery.
This workshop is one of several initiatives offered through PSC’s Eaton Fire Community Support resources, launched within days of the devastating Eaton Fire.
