The City of Pasadena Planning and Community Development Department has approved a Conditional Use Permit for the site (#6836). The permit applicant is KCB Pasadena Store, LLC, an affiliate of KCB Real Estate, a nationwide real estate holding company located in Pasadena.

The Conditional Use Permit application describes the development at the site as a new 41,459 square foot grocery store with full liquor off-site sales and instructional on-site tasting.

Maybe true in this case- Lowe’s/OSH.
