Community Invited to “Play Day in the Park” at Playhouse Village Park

The Playhouse Village Foundation is inviting the community to an afternoon of games, music and family-friendly activities during its annual Play Day in the Park on Sunday, May 24, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Playhouse Village Park.

The all-ages event will feature oversized versions of classic games, including Monopoly, Sorry, Scrabble, Candyland, Checkers, Uno and giant building blocks, giving visitors a chance to challenge friends and family in a playful outdoor setting.

In addition to giant games, attendees can enjoy traditional board and card games, DJ music, prize opportunities and craft activities for children throughout the afternoon.

Organizers say the event is designed to bring the community together and provide a fun way for residents and visitors to celebrate the start of summer in Playhouse Village.
