Pasadena’s City Service Center (CSC) is receiving renewed recognition for its commitment to fast, reliable, people‑centered public service.

A message sent to a councilmember praised the City’s service app for resolving neighborhood concerns within 24 hours. The resident described the CSC as a refreshing example of a local government that listens and responds quickly—an endorsement that reflects the team’s daily efforts to support the community with care and efficiency.
The CSC serves as Pasadena’s centralized hub for connecting residents with City programs, services, and information. Representatives are available through the web portal, LiveChat, mobile app, and by phone, offering accessible support for a wide range of needs. In Fiscal Year 2025 alone, this small but highly effective team handled more than 100,000 unique contacts from residents and businesses.
Known for their knowledgeable and friendly approach, CSC staff help callers and online users navigate everything from Public Works service requests to Water and Power rebate information, parking and transit questions, general City inquiries, and referrals to non‑City resources. Their goal is simple: ensure every person reaches the right information quickly and receives the support they need.
Residents and visitors can reach the CSC at (626) 744‑7311, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Additional contact options include the mobile app, the online portal, Live Chat, and email at csc@cityofpasadena.net.
