At the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority (BGPAA) meeting on Monday, July 10, commissioners elected Pasadena Commissioner Felicia Williams to serve as President for the coming year.

Felicia Williams was appointed to the BGPAA Commission in 2021. She’s represented District 2 on Pasadena City Council since 2020, and currently serves as Vice Mayor.
Williams has been a member of several city commissions, including Planning, Environmental, and Transportation Advisory. Her professional background spans more than 20 years in public policy and finance.
The BGPAA Commission elects its officers each July for a one-year term. In addition to President Williams, other elections include: Glendale Commissioner Ara Najarian as Vice President; Burbank Commissioner Jess Talamantes as Secretary; Pasadena Commissioner Tyron Hampton to a second term as Treasurer; and Pasadena Commissioner Andy Wilson as Auditor. The other commissioners are Emily Gabel-Luddy and Bud Ovrom of Burbank, along with Paula Devine and Frank Quintero of Glendale.
Hollywood Burbank Airport is owned and operated by the Burbank- Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority. The BGPAA is a joint powers agency formed in 1977. The Airport Authority is governed by a nine-member Commission, and each of the three cities appoints three commissioners. Each commissioner serves a four-year term.
