Welcome stations at Pasadena small and independent businesses will distribute canvas shopping tote bags for Holiday Shopping.

      By News Desk

The City of Pasadena and Visit Pasadena have announced this year’s holiday season campaign, “Authentically Yours, Pasadena,” to celebrate small and independent local businesses. The campaign kicks off on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 25, with welcome stations at 25 small businesses across the city. Welcome stations will be stocked with canvas shopping totes, gifted on a first-come, first-served basis. The goal of “Authentically Yours, Pasadena” is to encourage residents and visitors to promote economic growth, job creation, and community cohesion while maintaining unique and diverse local markets by choosing to support locally-owned businesses.

This year, the City of Pasadena is offering free bus shuttle rides on the Pasadena Transit on Friday, November 24, and Saturday, November 25, to promote shopping and dining locally this holiday season. For information including bus schedules, maps, and real-time bus arrival visit PasadenaTransit.net.
