Alice’s Dog Park Hosts Canine-Friendly National Night Out in Pasadena

The Friends of Alice’s Dog Park at Viña Vieja Park, 3026 E. Orange Grove Blvd., are hosting a canine-friendly National Night Out event with members of Pasadena’s Fire and Police departments to help strengthen ties between the community and public safety personnel.

On Tuesday, August 4, at 5:30 pm, the public is invited to bring well-behaved, leashed dogs to the park for an evening of live music by GOH Kurosawa (“love tap style”), barbecue from Rodney’s Ribs, and an online auction.

Adoptable dogs from the Pasadena Humane Society will also be on hand, offering attendees the chance to meet a potential new best friend.

National Night Out is designed to promote neighborhood connections and community safety. Thanks to Alice’s Dog Park, this celebration also welcomes the community’s four-legged companions.
