Heritage Housing Partners, a Pasadena based company, has completed construction of their new development, Lincoln at Orange Grove.

      By Briony James

The Lincoln at Orange Grove project consists of 48 attached residential units plus five condos, ranging in size from one to four bedrooms.

Meant for low to medium-income buyers, the properties surround central courtyards with parklike landscaping. Selling prices will range from $350K to $660K. The project blends into Pasadena’s urban appeal with a simple creamy white palette and archways reminiscent of local Colonial Spanish revival style.

Heritage Housing is in the process of developing another for-sale median income dwelling project for a site at 1880 E. Walnut.
