A Thoughtful Speaker Series Is Coming to Altadena

Eliot Arts Magnet Academy new speaker series begins with Phil Hettema, President of The Hettema Group (THG).

With a distinguished 40 – year legacy in themed entertainment, Phil Hettema producers at the Hettema group, (THG), located right here in Pasadena, are known for creating uniquely compelling guest experiences with great emotional resonance. Notable projects include One World Observatory at One World Trade Center; the High Roller Observation Wheel at The LINQ, Las Vegas; and Beyond All Boundaries at the National World War II Museum, New Orleans.

Phil Hettema’s presentation, Creativity and Imagination: Designing Magic in the Real World, is promised to be an exciting evening where Phil speaks about his life and work. Phil is an Eliot and Pasadena High School graduate!

The speaker series is held at Eliot Arts Magnet Academy in the historic Carl D. Roeder auditorium. All proceeds benefit every student at Eliot.
