A Noise Within has announced the appointment of Conner Criswell as its new Managing Director, marking a significant leadership transition as the company prepares to celebrate its 35th anniversary season.

Criswell steps into the role after serving as General Manager during his first three seasons with the company. During that time, he played a key role in supporting the theater’s operations and audience engagement, helping to guide the organization through a period of continued artistic growth.
Holding a Master of Arts in Art and Culture Management from the University of Denver, Criswell brings a diverse background in producing, contract negotiation, fundraising, sales, and guest services. His previous leadership experience includes roles at Orlando Shakespeare Theater and Walt Disney World Resort, where he developed a reputation for combining strategic expertise with a strong commitment to the audience experience.
