Summer heat has been known to cause our brains to go a little sideways—the perfect state of mind for Lineage Performing Arts Center’s fundraising Muppet experience on Sunday, August 16, at 3:00 pm.

What happens when a Broadway audition collides with the joyful chaos of the Muppets? It eerily resembles a typical day at the Lineage Performing Arts Center.
In this brand-new edition of Lineage’s beloved A Chorus Lineage series, performers of all ages and abilities come together to create an original theatrical experience inspired by A Chorus Line and The Muppet Movie. Through iconic songs, heartfelt storytelling, unexpected duets, and hilarious audition moments, the cast shares real stories about dreams, aging, friendship, identity, heartbreak, belonging, and the winding roads that bring us together.
Featuring Lineage’s Dance for Joy students, teenagers, professional performers, and community members side by side, A Chorus Lineage: Muppet Edition celebrates the beautiful randomness of human connection at any age.
Proceeds from ticket sales will support Lineage’s Dance for Joy program, which is designed to spread the love of the performing arts to people living with neuroatypicalities. The program helps participants manage and mitigate symptoms associated with neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s, MS, TBI, and stroke, while building community through art and connection.
