      Rose Parade weatherIt will be a mild 2016 Rose Parade weather in Pasadena compared to previous years.

      The weather service predicts the weather on Thursday to be upper 60s (high 67F) with northeast winds averaging 5 to 10 mph .

      New Year’s Eve and Day

      A chilly night is forecast for New Year’s night with temperatures in the upper 30s in the evening (low 38F) with 31 % humidity

      Float decorators are working against the clock to finish the floats. Dress up in layers and have some warm fluids handy.

      Overnight camping

      For overnight camping on the famous Colorado Boulevard, it is wise to bring a warm jacket, heavy blankets…and a pillow.

      Day of the parade

      • Wear comfortable shoes.
      • Bring a seat cushion.
      • Wear layers, it will be chilly when the parade starts, and it will gradually warm up.
      • Bring coffee or tea, water and snacks.
